Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Oakley House.

Oakley House is a warm and welcoming residential service that supports up to eight adults with Autism, Learning Disabilities, and Mental Health needs. Our focus is on promoting independence in a nurturing and supportive environment, helping each individual work towards their personal goals and aspirations.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day-to-day support and routine of the people within the service including:

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
  • Encouraging good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately reporting, recording and maintaining records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaising with health professionals and their families
  • Completing supervisions and audits
