This job is for a Senior Support Worker at Kemble House, located in Friern Barnet (N11). The salary ranges from £14.40 to £15.00 for 40 hours per week.

Kemble House supports 15 people with Learning Disabilities and Autism to develop their skills and work towards living the life they want to live. We offer sector-leading training and coaching to help our staff level up and further their career by learning new key skills and gaining a variety of excellent qualifications, which can lead to numerous progression opportunities within the social care sector.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Support Workers
- Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
- Encouraging good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
- Accurately reporting, recording and maintaining records as required and working to care plans
- Liaising with health professionals and their families
- Completing supervisions and audits
- Ensuring that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, contributing positively to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
