Package Description
- Senior Support Worker - Children's Residential Ely
- £16.25 - £16.85 per hour
- Plus - £62.64 per sleep-in (working approx. 4-8 sleep ins per month, an additional £3,000-£6,000pa)
- From April 1st 2026
- 08:00-22:00
- 39 hours per week
- Full UK Driving Licence is required

Our mission is to make every day extraordinary by believing in their potential and helping them achieve it. We're looking for full-time Children's Senior Support Worker to join our EPIC team in Ely. You'll play a vital role in helping children and young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe and loving home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support, guiding and mentoring other support workers.
- Act as a positive role model for both colleagues and children, demonstrating best practices and nurturing a supportive environment.
- Meet the everyday living needs of the children, fostering an environment of recovery, growth, and lasting change.
- Develop trusting relationships that make a meaningful impact on the lives of the children and young people you support.
Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children's Residential
- Level 3 in Children and Young People
- Full UK Driving Licence
