Keys Group in Milton Keynes is seeking a Senior Children’s Support Worker to lead a team in a 3-bed residential home for children with emotional and behavioral difficulties. You will deliver therapeutic support, maintain a safe environment and oversee day-to-day operations. You will record care plans, support the Service Manager, and role-model professional practice.

The role offers full-time hours, a base rate of £15.40–£16.00 per hour plus sleep-ins; enhanced DBS, pension, and progression.
