Location: Runcorn
Salary: £12.60 per hour PLUS an additional £62.64 per sleep‑in (working approx. 4‑8 sleep‑ins per month, an additional £3,000‑£6,000 per annum)
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle are essential.
Responsibilities- Care for younger children who are very active and energetic.
- Give encouragement and praise when needed.
- Be patient and understanding during times of crisis.
- Inspire children to grow and develop.
- Perform physically demanding tasks requiring a lot of energy.
- Great communication skills, fun, positive and energetic.
- Experience and qualifications in children’s care or transferable skills such as nursery, sport, education or early years experience.

- Flexibility to work shifts and sleep‑ins.
