We are looking for a children's support worker to become part of our family home, caring for young people who have sometimes complex emotional difficulties.
You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop.
The role can be emotionally challenging and you could be handling difficult situations but you could be the person to change a life for the better.
We want people who are emotionally resilient and have a keen interest or experience of supporting vulnerable young people with mental health challenges.
Great communication skills, positive and energetic.
Ability to remain calm and show empathy during sometimes challenging situations.
Full UK Driving licence is essential.
You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children.
This will include working shifts and sleep-ins.
