Location: Plymouth

Salary: £31,332 rising to £33,549 per annum basic (£15.45 - £17.05 per hour) plus an additional £62.64 for sleep ins.

Key Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People; a Level 4 or higher is desirable.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working within a residential children’s home, either as a Senior or Deputy.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
  • Experience with budgets and rotas.
  • NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People.
