Keys are looking for a Registered Manager to lead our team and oversee the operations and grow our Supported Living portfolio in the Midlands. Head office is located in Northampton, with sites across Wolverhampton, Stoke on Trent and Telford. With 23 beds in total, we would love someone commercially minded to join us and support in the growth of this portfolio.
We are looking for a Manager who is:
- Experienced as a Registered Manager within Supported Living
- Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Autism
- Demonstrates positive values
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
