Overview
Deliver tailored one-to-one sessions in English, Maths, and life skills. Plan and adapt personalised lessons to suit individual learner needs.

Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one tutoring in English, Maths and life skills.
- Plan and adapt personalised lessons to suit individual learner needs.
- Build positive, trusting relationships to support engagement and growth.
- Deliver sessions in quiet community settings or students' homes.
- Work flexibly with scheduling that fits your availability.
- Travel across local areas to deliver sessions.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering the UK curriculum.
- Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills.
- Understanding of SEN, including ASD, ADHD and mental health needs.
- Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH learners.
- First Aid qualification (desirable).
- Preferred Experience
- Qualified teachers (QTS/QTLS) or qualified/unqualified teachers, HLTAs, experienced tutors.
- Professionals with SEN and SEMH experience.
- Working Pattern
- Flexible, term-time only.
- Minimum 2 days per week.
- Self-employed (paid per timetabled hours).
- Pay
£15-£35 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.
