SEN Education Mentor (Qualified Teacher)
Enhanced pay | Term-time | Face-to-face / Remote tuition
Make a real difference where it matters most. Keys Inclusion Pathway is seeking qualified teachers to deliver high-quality, personalised tuition to children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs, supporting them to re-engage with education and achieve their potential. This role involves primarily face-to-face tuition in students' homes, with some opportunities for remote delivery where appropriate.
The Role
- Deliver tailored, one-to-one lessons aligned to each learner's needs
- Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs to build confidence and make progress
- Build positive, trusting relationships that promote engagement and wellbeing
- Work closely with safeguarding specialists to ensure student safety at all times
Requirements
- QTS or QTLS (essential)
- Experience teaching or tutoring children and young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
- A compassionate, child-centred and trauma-informed approach
- Full UK driving licence
