Qualifications and Experience
- Experience delivering the UK curriculum.
- Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills.
- Understanding of SEN, including ASD, ADHD and mental health needs.
- Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH learners.
- First Aid qualification (desirable).
- Working Pattern
- Minimum availability of 2 days per week.
- Flexible term-time only.
- Self-employed (paid per timetabled hours).
- Travel across local areas; requires full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance and breakdown cover.
- Pay and Benefits
- Hourly rate £15 - £35 (dependent on experience and qualifications).
