Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including reception duties, telephone and email communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pupil and staff records in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, supporting school leadership and staff.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
- Support the administration of admissions, attendance monitoring, and pupil welfare processes.
- Assist with basic financial administration such as invoicing, ordering supplies, and managing petty cash.
Qualifications
- Relevant administrative or secretarial qualifications or experience.
- Proven experience in office administration and customer service.
- Aware of data protection, safeguarding, and confidentiality requirements.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and IT skills.
- Experience within a SEN School.
