Salary: £14.60 - £15.20* per hour
Level 5 Qualified Salary: £15.10 - £15.70* per hour

The role: As Deputy Manager, you will play a key leadership role within our supported living services. You will support the Registered Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations, leading teams, maintaining compliance, and ensuring excellent outcomes for the people we support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead, motivate, and support staff teams, promoting a positive, inclusive, and professional working environment.
- Service Delivery: Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is delivered consistently in line with individual support plans.
- Operational Oversight: Support the Registered Manager with daily service management, including rota planning, staffing levels, and operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure services meet CQC regulations and internal company standards, completing audits and driving continuous improvement.
- Staff Development: Provide supervision, mentoring, training, and guidance to staff, helping them develop and perform at their best.
- Safeguarding & Risk Management: Respond confidently to incidents, safeguarding concerns, and crisis situations.
- Management Cover: Take responsibility for the overall management of the service in the absence of the Registered Manager.
- Financial Awareness: Support the Registered Manager in achieving financial and operational targets.
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager (or a strong leadership role within supported living, care, or a similar setting)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively with others
- Experience managing, motivating, and supporting staff teams
- A commitment to delivering high standards of person-centred care
- Good knowledge of CQC regulations and best practice
- Level 5 qualification (or working towards) is desirable
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
