Keys Group is seeking a live-in Youth Support Worker to provide care and structured activities for young people aged 8-18 in a specialist residential setting in the UK. You will live on-site during four working days, with accommodation and meals provided, delivering activity-based support and helping young people build routines, resilience and independence.
You'll lead outdoor activities, model positive behaviour, teach life skills, and follow safeguarding processes.
