Location: Littlehampton
Salary: From £33,664 - £34,881 per annum PLUS additional sleep in payments.

Are you already a Deputy manager or a Senior looking for your next move? Keys Group are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager to join our large 5 bed home, where we care for children and young people who have social and emotional difficulties, autism and learning disabilities.
As a Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of our welcoming and knowledgeable leadership team, part of a region of 17 children's homes, with the backing of a growing, national organisation. Keys Group brings together 6 of the UK's leading specialist providers across 4 key divisions; Adults, Children, Education and Health.

Requirements:
- 2 years' experience working within a Residential Children's home either as a Senior or at Deputy level.
- NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People.
- Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
- Experience with budgets and rotas.
- A full UK driving licence.
