Job Summary
Our Children’s Home in Tackley, nr Kidlington, is looking for a Residential Support Worker to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work alongside children and young people in residential settings who need a kind, caring and fun place to live.
- Support children aged 8-18 years who display emotional or behavioural difficulties.
- Adhere to a rota of 39 hours per week, including shifts, long days and sleep‑ins.
Qualifications and Experience
- Qualifications and experience are always welcome but are not required.

- Salary £14.45 - £15.15 per hour plus approximately £3,000 to £6,000 sleep‑in allowance per annum (£62.64 per sleep‑in, 6-8 per month).
