Male Senior Support Worker in Kettering

Our vision is to offer high quality care and support in an environment that promotes positive wellbeing and maximises people's potential to live as independently as possible, our specialist Supported Living service in Kettering, provides support for for people with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs. We are currently looking people to join our team who are committed to meeting the needs of all the people we support, that have a good sense of humour and are friendly towards others. We understand the importance of providing person-centred support that enables independence and meets each individual's needs. We believe in the potential of each person we support, and we enable them to work towards their goals, live more independently and take control of their lives. We listen and understand what each person would like to achieve in life. We then work closely with them, their family, circle of support and other professionals to define goals and how we can work together to achieve them.

• Managing a team of Support Workers
• Providing high standards of care for the people we support, in line with care and support plans
• Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
• Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
• Liaise with health professionals and their families
• Complete supervisions and audits
• To ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
