Keys Engage in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to lead day-to-day operations, mentor staff and ensure safeguarding, quality and delivery standards across the service. Based at our Head Office in Ipswich and with regular travel, you will line-manage Progress Coordinators, provide oversight to Engage Mentors, and escalate issues when necessary.
You will drive continuous service improvement for learners and work collaboratively with local authorities and partner professionals.
