Previous experience supporting adults or children who have learning disabilities, Autism, or complex needs is beneficial but not essential. We want people who are naturally caring, flexible, and emotionally resilient. Great communication skills, positive and energetic attitude are required. Ability to remain calm during sometimes challenging situations is essential. A full UK driving licence is required.

Salary: £29,304 - £30,724 per annum DOE PLUS additional £3,000 - £6,000 pa for sleep-ins (£62.64 per sleep-in). Shift patterns include full-time working long days plus extra sleep-ins (approx. 2 shifts per week).
We are looking for a resilient, empathetic, and caring children's support worker to become part of our small family home, caring for children aged 6 - 16 years who have profound and complex learning disabilities and Autism. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis, and to inspire them to grow and develop. The role can be emotionally challenging, and you could be handling difficult situations, but you could be the person to change a life for the better.
