Overview

Provide leadership for the curriculum across the school. Regularly review school systems to meet and exceed statutory requirements. Lead preparations for Ofsted inspections and maintain compliance with independent school standards. Manage staff development and school resources effectively. Develop and update the School Development Plan to guide ongoing improvement. This role is with Keys Group, a specialist provider of therapeutic education and support for young people with complex needs. Salary: £45,000 – £70,000 | Full Time (40 hours/week).

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years\’ experience working in a SEND setting or similar provision
