- Deliver tailored, one-to-one lessons aligned to each learner's individual needs
- Support pupils with SEN and SEMH needs to build confidence and make meaningful progress
- Build positive, trusting relationships that encourage engagement and wellbeing
- Work closely with safeguarding specialists to ensure student safety at all times
- Primarily deliver face-to-face tuition in students' homes, with some remote teaching opportunities
- QTS or QTLS (Preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year's experience teaching or tutoring children and young people with SEN and/or SEMH needs
- Experience delivering the UK curriculum
- Availability for at least 2 days (or 4 sessions) per week
- A compassionate, child-centred, and trauma-informed approach
- Full UK driving licence
- Competitive hourly rate: £25-£40 per hour
