The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
Working as part of the existing Compliance Team, you will assist the Head of Facilities to manage a diverse property portfolio to ensure group wide compliance and continuity of service to support young vulnerable people and adults.
Responsibilities
- Management of the group’s Preventative Planned Maintenance schedule through in-house CAFM system.
- Management of various PPM contracts including Water Hygiene, Fire Alarms, EML & FFE, M&E, HVAC, Electrical and others.
- Review / collation of all statutory certification onto CAFM System.
- Progression of remedial works identified from the PPM certification in line with best practice and in line with the Service Level Agreements & Tenders.
- Monitoring and managing the performance of PPM / Response contractors SLA\’s & KPi\’s.
- Meeting regularly with PPM contractors, chairing review meetings and taking accurate minutes.
- Administration of the Approved Contractors and reviewing contractor documentation to ensure compliance.
- Providing regular reports and assisting the Head of Facilities when required.
- To provide technical support to telephone and email requests from the business.
- Liaise with suppliers and contractors, where required.
- To always provide a professional, courteous and rapid response to business request.
- To prepare and provide monthly regulatory reports.
- To undertake such projects/work of a level commensurate with the responsibility of the post, as designated by the Head of Facilities.

- Essential – Previous experience in a similar role.
- Essential – Able to work effectively without direct supervision.
- Essential – Organised, pragmatic, and solutions-focused.
- Desirable – The ability to demonstrate an understanding of PPM.
