Join our nurturing school in Dudley as a School Administrator and play a vital role in supporting the smooth and effective running of our school. As the first point of contact for many students, parents, and professionals, you'll help create a welcoming and organised environment that reflects our school's values. Your work will directly support the leadership team, teaching staff, and students, contributing to a setting where every child feels valued, supported, and ready to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Leadership Team with day-to-day admin tasks
- Assist the Headteacher with a variety of duties
- Welcome students, staff, and visitors to the school
- Communicate with central teams like Finance and HR
- Help manage and monitor school attendance records
- Attend meetings with the Headteacher and take notes/minutes
- Work with the Safeguarding Lead to help promote a safe school environment
Qualifications and Skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office 365 (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel)
- An understanding of young people with SEND
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- A commitment to promoting safeguarding across the school
- A warm, friendly, and approachable personality
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
