We are looking for a Registered Manager who brings more than just experience—someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like. You will be overseeing the operations of our two homes in St Neots. This service supports people with complex needs, predominantly LD & ASD. You will be more than a manager; you will be a leader, an advocate, and a driving force for positive change. Your role is vital in shaping the lives of both the people in our care and the team around you.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced in a leadership role within Residential
- Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within Residential care
- Demonstrates positive values
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Good awareness of CQQ legislation, updates, changes and best practice
- Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
