Keys Group provides safe, supportive homes for children with complex needs. We are seeking a Deputy Manager for a Children''s Residential service in Holbeach (PE12).
The role is full-time, 39 hours per week, with hourly pay between £16.45 and £17.05 plus potential sleep-in allowances (£3k–£6k per month under certain conditions). The successful candidate will have a full UK manual driving licence, NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People, and strong leadership and communication skills.
