Salary: £14.60 - £15.20 per hour / £29,608 - £30,825 per annum
Hours: 39 per week (including overnights) with additional earnings from sleep-ins.

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to support children with complex needs and challenging behaviours. You will work closely with the Home Manager and team to provide exceptional care and support for young people.
Your role includes creating a safe environment, guiding staff in managing difficult situations, promoting positive behaviours, and fostering personal growth.
About You:
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or in a Senior role within a residential setting for children.
- Strong understanding of working with children exhibiting challenging behaviours.
- In-depth knowledge of behavioural management strategies and therapeutic interventions.
- A compassionate approach to care, committed to supporting children.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- A relevant qualification (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Childcare).
- A sound understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection legislation.

- A full, clean UK driving licence.
