We are looking for a children's waking night support worker to become part of our loving family home, caring for younger children who have sometimes emotional and behavioural difficulties. You would be the person to give encouragement and praise when needed, to be patient and understanding during times of crisis and to inspire them to grow and develop. We want to create a safe haven where every child's potential shines bright, you'll be the beacon of hope, providing unwavering support to our young champions. You will be available through the nights to support the children.
What do you need?

- Great communication skills, positive, playful and energetic.
- Experience in working with children such as children's care or transferable skills such as children's nursery, education, sports or working with vulnerable people is beneficial.
- Ability to remain calm during sometimes challenging situations.
- Full UK Driving licence is beneficial.
