Keys Group is seeking support workers to join our 5-bed Children’s home, supporting up to 5 young people aged 12-18 with social, emotional and behavioural difficulties, and mild learning disabilities such as Autism.
You will be part of a passionate team, providing a safe, caring home and helping each young person reach their full potential.
The role involves flexible shifts including sleep-ins, building trust, encouraging participation in daily tasks, and promoting positive outcomes.
