Be part of a family team that provides a safe and loving home for children and young people, led and supported by a registered manager. Provide the therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child. Act as a positive role model to meet their everyday living needs. Enjoy the outdoors and have shared interests such as fashion and art. Carry out household tasks such as cooking and cleaning. Provide emotional and physical support to allow the children to reach their full potential in sometimes challenging situations. Build friendships and trusting relationships. You must be eligible for registration with Social Care Wales. Previous experience of working with young people and children is required. We want people who are naturally caring, energetic and enjoy the outdoors. Great communication skills, positive and fun attitude are essential. A full UK driving licence is required. Ability to remain calm and show resilience is important. You should be able to relate to our young people, share interests, and encourage hobbies. Flexibility in working hours, including shifts and sleep-ins, is necessary.

Salary: Starting from £25,553 rising to £26,972 depending on experience PLUS additional £3k - £6 per annum for sleep-ins (based on 4–8 per month).
