About Keys Group Activity & Intervention: This is not your typical care role.
You'll be based in a specialist residential setting where you live on-site during your 4 working days (with accommodation and meals provided).
You'll support young people aged 8-18, helping them move away from challenging situations and develop positive routines, confidence, and independence.
Our programme combines care with adventure - from climbing and kayaking to mountain biking and hiking.
You'll play a key role in transforming lives, helping young people build resilience and create lasting positive change in a supportive, close-knit environment.
- Lead and take part in outdoor activities (climbing, kayaking, hiking, biking)
- Support young people through activity-based, structured care
