Keys Group is seeking a Deputy Manager for our Supported Accommodation service in Darlington.

You will assist the Care Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery and safe, compliant practice.

You will supervise care staff, support development of personalised care plans, and liaise with families and health professionals to optimise residents' quality of life.

NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent is preferred.
