We’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager within Complex Care who brings more than just experience – someone who leads with integrity, humility, and a deep understanding of what outstanding care truly looks like. You’ll be overseeing the operations of a 10-bed home in Bristol. This service supports people with complex needs, predominantly Brain Injuries.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experienced in a leadership role within Residential Care
- Committed to supporting people to live lifestyles of their choosing
- Has broad experience of managing people, service and quality within an ABI or Complex Needs setting
- Demonstrates positive values
- Able to promote and maintain independence, choice and respect
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative
- Good awareness of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice
- Holds or is working towards a Level 5 Qualification
