Salary: £15.25 - £15.85* per hour

HOURS: 35 per week

About Warmley Court:

We support up to 10 adults and are aimed at people moving onto the next stage of recovery after leaving hospital, or for long term support in a supported community setting. We enable people to re-learn lost skills and develop new strategies in different areas of their lives.

As a Senior Support Worker, you will be involved in the day to day support and routine of the people within the service including:

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
  • Encouraging good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately reporting, recording and maintaining records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaising with health professionals and their families
  • Completing supervisions and audits
  • Ensuring that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
