Keys Education in Birmingham is seeking a Deputy Headteacher to support the Headteacher in delivering outstanding leadership across teaching, learning and pastoral care. The role focuses on trauma-informed practice and maintaining high standards at New Ways School, with both South Birmingham and North Worcestershire sites.

You will lead by example, develop staff, uphold safeguarding and inclusion, and collaborate with families and external partners to secure excellent pupil outcomes for ages.
