Join the Keys Clinical Team and help transform the lives of children and young people in our residential services. In this vital role, you'll deliver both direct and indirect therapeutic support, working with care teams to embed trauma-informed, child-centred practices. You'll collaborate across the organisation to ensure each young person's emotional and psychological needs are met.,

  • Deliver therapeutic interventions for young people and provide specialist consultation and guidance to regional teams.
  • Apply and promote the Keys Connect clinical model, supporting assessment, formulation, and delivery of evidence-based therapeutic plans.
  • Offer therapeutic insight on referred children to support operational decision-making and collaborate with psychologists and therapists across the region.
  • Deliver training and upskilling sessions on therapeutic approaches, trauma, attachment, recovery, and other relevant subjects within professional scope.
  • Contribute a therapeutic perspective to service planning, development, clinical meetings, and service improvement projects.
  • Build and maintain effective partnerships with Local Authorities, the NHS, and other external agencies.
  • Stay up to date with current research, support outcome measure administration, and contribute to approved research initiatives.
  • Engage in supervision and continuing professional development
  • Maintain accurate records, support data collection, and ensure compliance with ethical standards, professional guidelines, and organisational policies.
  • Remain vigilant to safeguarding concerns, reporting issues appropriately and in line with policy.
  • Travel as required to meet the needs of the role.
  • ^Due to the nature of the role, it is necessary for the appropriate level of criminal record disclosure to be undertaken (DBS).
  • Essential: Relevant accredited qualification in therapeutic approach (e.g. Masters in Art Therapy)
  • Essential: Professional registration with appropriate body. HCPC, UKCP, BACP.
  • Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
  • Desirable: Experience of working as a qualified practitioner. Ideally 1+ year post-qualification
  • Desirable: Previous experience of working with care experienced children including working with teams around children
