What You’ll Do as a Support Worker:
- Day‑to‑day support and routine of the people we support.
- Promote independence and confidence in day‑to‑day activities.
- Support with personal growth through hobbies and community engagement.
- Assist with health needs, including medical appointments and administering medication.
- Teach life skills such as budgeting, shopping, and managing bills.
- Help with domestic responsibilities including cooking and cleaning.
