We are looking for Residential Support Workers to join our Children’s Home in Aylesbury. You will work alongside children and young people aged 8‑18 who display emotional and behavioural difficulties. The role is full‑time, covering 39 hours per week on a rota that includes long days and sleep‑ins.

Responsibilities

  • Provide a kind, caring, and enjoyable environment for children in residential care
  • Support children through challenging situations, maintaining safety and wellbeing
  • Collaborate with a manager and a team of support workers on daily routines and activities

Qualifications

  • Eligible for an enhanced DBS check
  • Full UK driving licence

Hours and Pay

Full‑time, 39 hours per week with a rota that includes long days and sleep‑ins. Salary is £14.05 – £14.75 per hour plus sleep‑ins paid at £62.64, providing an additional £3,000–£6,000 per annum from 1 April 2026.
