Keys Group invites applications for Trainee Manager in Crawley, a 12‑month leadership programme with coaching and mentoring, designed for those with Children's Home experience aiming for management. You'll work with existing Managers across 3 EBD Children’s Homes in the Crawley area and gain practical leadership skills.
On completion, you may move into a Service Manager role or continue as Deputy Manager while pursuing Level 5 qualification, with opportunities for further progression.
