Keys Group is seeking a care worker for its activity & Intervention centre in Wales. You will live on-site during your four working days in a four-on, eight-off pattern, including overnights, to provide consistent support for young people aged 8-18 facing emotional challenges.
You will lead outdoor activities and daily care, build trusting relationships, and work within a supportive team to create a safe, engaging environment. DBS coverage and progression opportunities are included.
