We’re seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our EPIC team in Welford. You’ll play a vital role in helping children and young people live happy, fulfilling lives in a safe and loving home environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care and daily support to young people
- Act as a mentor to support staff and lead by example
- Promote a positive, nurturing environment for recovery and growth
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children and colleagues
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in Children’s Residential care
- Full UK Driving Licence
