Salary: £14.05 - £14.75 Plus Sleep ins paid at £62.64, working out to an extra £3000-£6000 per annum from April 1st 2026

Working Hours: 39 including sleep ins

Driving Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence is required

  • Provide the therapeutic care and support needed for each individual child.
  • Act as a positive role model to meet their everyday living needs.

  • Provide emotional and physical support to allow the children to reach their full potential in sometimes challenging situations.

What do you need?

  • We want people who are naturally caring, flexible and resilient.
  • Great communication skills, positive and energetic.
  • Experience and previous qualifications are not necessary but are welcome.
  • You need to be able to work flexibly in caring for the children. This will include working shifts and sleep-ins with full-time and part-time hours being available.
  • Full UK Driving Licence is required.
