Due to continued growth, we are urgently seeking Full Time Waking Nights Support Worker to join our team at Willow Lodge in Bournemouth. Accomplish are looking for motivated, self-starters to support those with acquired brain injuries and other support and health needs in their day-to-day lives.
As a Wake Night Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the individuals during the night to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Providing support when needed, including assisting with night-time care routines.
- Responding to emergencies or incidents that may arise during the night.
- Maintaining a calm and secure environment, helping to create a peaceful atmosphere for the individuals.
- Assisting with light domestic tasks as required, such as tidying and cleaning communal areas.
- Recording incidents or changes in the individuals' condition and ensuring accurate documentation is kept.
- Working independently throughout the night, maintaining vigilance and attention to detail.
This role requires a calm, reliable, and responsible individual who can work effectively overnight to provide high-quality care and support.
