Salary: £13.45 – £14.05 per hour + up to £6000 sleep‑in allowance
Hours: 39 per week, completed as shifts, including long days & sleep‑ins (approx 6–8 per month)
Our Children’s Home in Wellington is looking for motivated, determined and resilient staff who can adapt to challenging situations. Join our team to support children and young people between 8 and 18 years old.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting children and young people with their emotional, physical, and social needs
- Accompanying them to appointments, school and fun activities
- Delivering personal care and helping with daily routines
- Supporting with household tasks and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment
- Completing accurate, clear documentation and reports
- Always promoting their wellbeing and safeguarding them
