The role can be emotionally challenging and resilience is key BUT you could change a life for the better. It’s an exciting time to join us. Keys Group believes that every child should have an adult in their lives who believes in them. We provide therapeutic care & education to children and young people with a range of needs. Children come to live with us for a variety of reasons but all of them need a caring, nurturing environment and to feel wanted. Our role is to create a safe environment mixed with fun and playing, trips to the beach, fishing, bike rides etc. Our Purpose is to build lives filled with adventure, safety and trust.
We provide competitive pay and fully fund the necessary training to achieve valuable externally accredited qualifications. Full training provided – no experience needed.
