Our Childrenβs Home in St Albans is looking for Residential Support Workers. You will work with children aged 8β18 who have emotional and behavioural difficulties, in a residential setting, providing care and support on a 39-hour week rota that includes long days and sleep-ins.
No formal qualifications are mandatory, but staff can gain vocational qualifications to enhance care, pay and career progression while making a meaningful difference.
