Salary: £13.45 - £14.05 per hour
Shift Patterns: 20:45 – 08:15 (Full time 35 hour per week contract)
Lester Court is located in Loughborough, Leicestershire. The facility supports up to ten individuals with complex mental health needs, emphasizing a recovery-oriented approach and empowering residents to maintain control over their lives. We offer sector-leading training and coaching, QCF qualifications, and progression opportunities within the social care sector.
Responsibilities- Prompt service users toward independence while helping them live fulfilling lives.
- Support and encourage development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
- Maintain and help with health care needs, including accompanying service users to routine appointments or administering medication.
- Teach life skills such as budgeting, paying bills, and shopping.
- Assist with personal care (depending on service user).
- Assist with domestic tasks including cleaning and cooking.
Experience within the care sector is not essential; enthusiasm and commitment to our values are required.
