Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Support Worker to join our team at Manor Farm. If you are a Support Worker with an NVQ / QCF Level 3 in Health and Social Care and the enthusiasm and commitment to live our company values, this may be the role for you!

About Manor Farm: Manor Farm supports 8 adults with a dual diagnosis of Autism and Learning Disabilities. Joining our team at Manor Farm will be fulfilling, fun and rewarding, offering you stability with the opportunity to grow and develop your career further.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing high standards of care and support for service users, in line with care and support plans
  • Encouraging good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately reporting, recording and maintaining records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaising with health professionals and their families
  • Completing supervisions and audits
  • Ensuring that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, contributing positively to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
