About Cranwell Court

Cranwell Court supports seven people with Learning Disabilities, Autism and Mental Health needs. Offering you stability with the opportunity to grow and develop your career further. Many of our Managers joined us as Senior Support Workers and through ongoing training and coaching they are continuing to move further up the career ladder!

Responsibilities

  • Managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing high standards of care and support for people we support, in line with care and support plans
  • Encourage good community relationships by promoting a variety of activities
  • Accurately report, record and maintain records as required and working to care plans
  • Liaise with health professionals and their families
  • Complete supervisions and audits
  • Ensure that all duties undertaken by reporting staff are performed to required standards, and that all such staff contribute in a positive manner to provide a happy, efficient and homely atmosphere within the Home.
