At ALFA, we support young people who can’t access mainstream education due to social, emotional, or mental health challenges. Our personalised approach includes face‑to‑face home tuition, online lessons with subject specialists, and outdoor learning through PEAK activity centres. We’re expanding in Sleaford and offering flexible tutoring roles. While the contract is 0‑hours, we guarantee regular work.
