Who We Support
You will work with young people who are:
- Excluded or at risk of exclusion
- School refusers
- Experiencing disruption due to health or home circumstances
- At risk of entering the criminal justice system
Requirements
- Experience delivering the UK curriculum
- Strong behaviour management and differentiation skills
- Understanding of SEN, including ASD, ADHD and mental health needs
- Experience working with SEN and/or SEMH learners
- Minimum availability of 2 days per week
- Ability to travel (full UK driving licence, own vehicle with business insurance and breakdown cover)
- A patient, resilient, and resourceful approach
